Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained exclusively from an indigenous olive variety. ”Manzanilla Cacereña”. Cultivated in certified organic olive groves from Sierra de Gata in the north of Extremadura.

As Pontis olive oil is a slightly sweet extra virgin olive oil with great balance between bitterness and pungency. It is characterized by its fruity intensity with remarkable banana, apple and freshly cut grass aromas, and its greenish-gold colour.
