A very versatile flour with a mild, nutty and slightly sweet flavour. Delicious in pancakes, pastries, or as a thickener in soups and gravies. Use to partly replace other flours in recipes.

Traditionally used in Ethiopian injera, teff flour is ideal for making flat breads to accompany curries and can also be used for making bread and high fibre muffins.
