The Pextenement Cheese Company is situated on the hillside at Eastwood, between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge. Established in 2008, they produce high quality organic artisan cheeses solely using their own organic milk produced at Pextenement Farm.

The beekeepers at Calder Honey in Hebden Bridge produce this very popular raw honey throughout the spring and summer, allowing the bees time to rest during the milder seasons. Calder Honey varies in flavour and consistency as the seasons change. Enjoy notes of horse chestnut, sycamore and may tree in the Spring, Himalayan balsam and bramble in the Summer and wild flowers and heather in the late Summer.
