Voluntary delivery charge

Some of our lovely customers have asked if they can opt out of our free delivery scheme as they wish to support the coop and the delivery service.  Unfortunately we have no easy way of automating that.  So instead we created a voluntary delivery charge that anyone can add to their basket.  Sometimes the simple solutions are the best 😀
