Organic yellow mustard powder is hot when first mixed with water but mellows with time. Alternatively, use Steenbergs organic yellow mustard powder to spice up a salad dressing, sauce or a marinade, or add to a warming casserole for an extra kick.
To make a hot and simple mustard paste, add cold water to the ground yellow mustard powder and leave for 15 minutes to develop its flavour and heat.
