Made with sun-kissed juicily-fresh oranges directly from the orchards of Sicily. Unusually, the oranges are cooked whole giving a brightly-coloured thick texture and zesty taste of a Mediterranean summer, quite unlike traditional marmalade!
Fresh oranges are a good source of fibre, vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, thiamine, folate and potassium. While fresh mango is high in fibre, vitamins A and C, vitamin B6 and other essential nutrients such as potassium, copper and amino acids.
