A conserve made with organic black currants. The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885. Their preserves are made frin tradiitional English fruit, prepared by hand and then cooked in small batches using traditional, copper-bottomed pans.
