Baked: Calder Cob Loaf of bread (only available Wed, Thur & at weekends)

A classic white sourdough bread from the local bakery in Tod.  (It's the old PDC with a new name).  Freshly baked Wednesday -Sunday; unfortunately not available for collection or delivery on Tuesday or Friday.

Ingredients:

White flour (bakers number 4)
Wholemeal
Water
Salt
Levain (sourdough)
(May contain trace amounts of dried yeast or sesame)
