Castagno is a family business that began over a hundred years ago. Everything from the storage of raw materials and finished products to the milling, extrusion, flaking, packaging and labelling is done in a 17000 square metre plant near Turin.

The Castagno family are passionate about the protection of the environment and 70% of the electricity used is produced by using hydro-electric power.

In order to retain all the nutrients the Castagno pasta is slow dried at low temperatures.
