Whole peeled cloves of Organic Biodynamic Black Garlic in a glass jar. The garlic is aged through a natural maturation process. Temperature and humidity levels are strictly controlled and no additives nor conservatives are used. This creates a deliciously sweet, sticky, deeply flavoured umami ingredient which is beautiful with mushrooms, in risottos or to add extra richness to chillis and bolognese.
