La Terra e il Cielo is co-operative made up of 90 associated member farms and they have been producing organic pasta since 1980. Only the finest durum wheat grain is selected to be made into pasta; using environmentally friendly and sustainable methods to create these large pasta shells. The traditional process of drying at low temperatures preserves the protein content to provide a nutritional product of the highest quality.
