Delicious organic kimchi: with a hot, smoky twist. Following a more traditional Korean recipe, it is made by fermenting organic vegetables with the highest quality sea salt for a minimum of three weeks and is packed full of natural goodness, taste and possibilities. For this kimchi, they've fermented cabbage, pak choi, radish and spring onions, flavoured with ginger, chilli, cayenne pepper and smoked paprika. The result is full of probiotics, tastes amazing and offers vitamins C and K, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It's great in salad, with a sausage, or even in a smoothie. Try not to cook it though as the bacteria don't like heat, just add it to your dishes for a probiotic hit.
This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
