Organic Herd Extra Mature Cheddar 200g

Organic Herd farmers work hand-in-hand with nature to create a vibrant and nourishing environment for their Herd (and the bees!), free from herbicides and artificial pesticides. Cows in the Organic Herd lead a very happy life, grazing outdoors in grassy fields for around 235 days a year. 

This Cheddar is crafted in Somerset using traditional cultures, and matured in artisanal wooden boxes. In the process, Organic Herd use green energy generated from solar panels and anaerobic digestion.
