Proud to support the Watermark Fund

After the disastrous Boxing Day floods of 2015 the Community Foundation for Calderdale (CFFC) raised and distributed over £3 million to help devastated businesses and communities recover.  Out of this, to generate a sustainable solution, the Watermark fund was borne. The Watermark scheme collates and manages funding that can be used to help Calderdale communities recover in the event of future flooding.  Literally "Saving for a Rainy Day"!

Local businesses donate profits from certain items to the help Watermark fund.  As a proud member of the local community Valley Organics are delighted to be able to support Watermark.  You will see the Waterfall logo on many products from local producers around our shop.  Buying these products directly contributes to the Watermark fund.
